Name the change
It was important that Jordans & Ryvita encourage a consistent understanding of what great work looks like. Realise began by determining ‘great’ across knowledge, skills and behaviours, benchmarking its definition against the best in the world. We then used our online capability tracker to measure the business’ people, teams against global benchmarks, identifying individual development plans and priority investment areas for the business.
Make it stick
When our capability tracker highlighted a common opportunity around communications planning, we were able to develop a new approach and deliver skill-building sessions and a consistent toolkit across all its markets. Each year we repeat the assessment for the marketing team to spot skills gaps and track individual progress. Thanks to this proactive approach, Jordans & Ryvita now know what a great result looks like, how it can achieve it, and where its next development programme needs to be.
