Nilufar Sharipova

Nilufar began her career in 1999 after graduating from the university with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. She started in FMCG - going from Assistant Brand Manager to Marketing Director in Procter & Gamble. During her career, Nilufar worked on Fabric & Home Care, Hair Care and Gillette in different geographies and cultures both in Europe and Asia. Nilufar's 12 year corporate expertise includes: strategising and establishing product development; marketing, sales and operational initiatives across the entire product lifecycle from conception through global maturity. She led successful regional (Central Europe, Russia, Turkey, Central Asia and Caucasus) marketing campaigns in environments where growth and accountability are paramount. Extensive qualifications in the following competencies: Marketing Strategies, Portfolio Management, New Product Development and Introduction including Commercial Innovation, Advertising Campaign Development, Consumer Needs / Market Trends Assessment, Marketing Training & Development.

In 2011 Nilufar decided to start her career as a consultant in London. She develops Marketing Best Practice programmes for global application as well as running workshops for a range of clients and sectors such as pharma, finance and FMCG. The challenge Nilufar finds most rewarding is to go deep beneath the surface of business issues and find solutions which deliver breakthrough results.

Today, she is bringing her first hand experience and skills required to build capability and develop brands in culturally diverse consumer markets and business teams.

Nilufar speaks fluent Russian.
