We are a group of like minded sales, marketers and creatives who, having worked with dozens of the world’s leading businesses, know that within every sales and marketing team is the potential to deliver more.
Rob finds nothing more rewarding than helping people excel – preferably in the most creative way possible. Having learnt from experience that sales and marketing is a brilliant job, he’s now dedicated to helping marketers enjoy their work and minimise the tensions that can bring people and businesses down.
Drawn into marketing by a genuine love of brands, Rob has worked on supertanker brands, such as Smirnoff and Stella Artois, keeping them on course and turning them around when necessary.
Today, Rob leads Realise’s Learner Experience Team, combining marketing best practice with an up-to-date understanding of how people learn. He strives to make Realise a place where people can be at their best; stretching themselves and the businesses they work with.
Rob lives in Weybridge with his wife and two children in one of the town’s celebrated Span houses.

Allan’s mantra is that curiosity leads to creativity. As a multi-talented, multi-disciplinary creative, Allan is continually dreaming up ways to make Realise stand out and stand apart and make sure our output outperforms everything else. Working with some of the world’s most recognisable brands means the pressure is on to do something truly outstanding to make their internal teams take note. Sally Curren
Sally supports a number of clients, managing challenging global logistics with a smile and a positive attitude. She combines keeping up with our hectic schedule and busy mind, by making sure we’re in the right airport departure lounge, on the right day, at the right time whilst dealing with OpCo’s from all over the world.
Sally comes from a traditional PA background working for large corporate FMCG companies – always client side. Realise gave her the chance to come over to the agency side and experience a different way of working. Her favourite parts of the job are seeing concepts become a reality, and building close client relationships.
Sally lives in Surrey with her partner, and regularly fosters for Battersea Dog & Cats Home, and loves Wildlife Conservation. She’s keen to travel the world once more, but we’re loathed to let her go until she’s well past retirement.

Stephanie Ujma-Alvis
Steph is a lover of learning in all its forms. It was during her former career in early years education that she first got hooked on how humans develop understanding and absorb information. Now in her role as graphic designer here at Realise, she spends her time growing our product portfolio and working on materials for our programmes, making the complex beautifully simple to digest.
Continually open to new ideas and concepts, Steph is a great communicator and uses her verbal skills to interrogate every brief that comes her way. By picking it apart, she aims to create a visual language that everyone will engage with and connect with, to make learning and development unforgettable, interactive and as easy as ABC.
