The programme equipped McCain teams with a practical, toolkit-led 5i2P insight system – a clear Task Map way of working, a set of step-cards for investigation and a compact “Actionable Insight” pack they could use straight away on live projects. Through immersive, hands-on sessions and field safaris, participants practised curating “sticky” stimulus, building Investigation Walls, drafting Killer Questions and completing Task Maps; then they used structured facilitation tools (investigation cards, sense-checks and templates) to turn observations into crafted insights and commercial implications.
