We worked in partnership with Kuoni to develop their Consumer-Led Growth programme empowering teams to identify high-value segments and overcome consumer barriers to booking premium travel. Using real-time consumer insights and ‘Jobs to be Done’ thinking, the programme encourages users to define ‘Must Win Battles’ and reframe holidays as essential self-care. The programme led to a clear strategic direction, elevating Kuoni from trusted service to an iconic, emotionally resonant brand.
