Heineken prides itself as a socially responsible organisation. However, their Responsible Communications guide (the document for enforcing this) is seen as dry and unengaging. We were tasked to make the guide much more accessible and in response reimagined the content as a series of real-world, if somewhat comical, live-action scenarios. Users were asked to guess the potential pitfalls of each situation and then watch the resulting outcome of their choices.
