Diageo Way of World-Class Selling
We worked with Diageo to build The Diageo Way of World-Class selling (DWWS for short), to enable their teams to fully understand how Diageo sees 'Selling’. This expansive project included workshops, web tools and decision based simulations to give sales team hands on examples of how their decisions affect different customer types and how best to serve the businesses. DWWS was rolled out globally and translated into multiple languages.
