The Commercial Planning programme helped teams build a deeper understanding of how strategic decisions cascade into effective commercial tactics, using an immersive market simulation that mirrored the realities of customer and business dynamics.

Participants worked through real-world scenarios, making choices about brand priorities, investment allocation, and customer engagement; while also responding to unexpected changes and evolving customer demands.

The simulation created a safe but high-energy environment for learning, allowing teams to experience the trade-offs and consequences of their decisions, sharpen their commercial judgement, and strengthen collaboration across functions to deliver consistent, profitable growth.
