Working with Diageo we developed ACT, a practical, real-time app to resolve capability gaps across commercial teams. This easy-to-use tool provides users with a clear, structured roadmap to aid the sales process through targeted coaching and better data use, empowering teams to tailor, act, and review based on real customer needs.
