As part of the Costa Academy programme we developed a range of learning materials showcasing the need to align products with consumer moods and missions – from energy breaks to social moments and me-time indulgence. Using emotionally resonant insights and functional need states teams learned to drive sales and satisfaction by serving the right offer at the right moment.
