Magic
The Marketing Magic programme equipped AkzoNobel UK&I marketers with a common language, a capability framework and a compact set of practical planning and execution tools they could apply straightaway to live brand work. Through highly practical, workshop-led sessions (pre-work, P&L puzzles, portfolio mapping, PUNCH comms audits, trade-up and “one-thing” exercises and a 60-day commitment to apply tools) participants practised the end-to-end process from customer experience and insight through target-setting, portfolio decisions and activity execution. This hands-on, evidence-led format, combining role play, team synthesis and short, measurable follow-ups, built both confidence and capability across teams, making it easy to embed new ways of working and translate learning into tangible commercial and customer impact.
